KFC to Fry Chicken Without Trans Fats

Fast-food massive KFC announced Monday it would begin frying its chicken and other foods in oil without charge of trans fats. Use of trans fats is correlated to risk of coronary thrombosis heart syndrome.

The business said it diplomacy to translate fryers in its 5,500 restaurants to a “low-linolenic” soy edible bean oil that contains no trans fats.

The conversion is listed for completion by April 2007 and will be related to chicken, potato wedges, and other fried foods on KFC list of fare. Other bits and pieces, like biscuits, pot shamus, and mashed potatoes with gravy, will go on to contain trans fats, alleged Gregg Dedrick, leader of KFC Firm.
